Hillfront by Atul Projects Taps Mulund’s Infrastructure Momentum, Led by GMLR Connectivity

Mumbai, February 5, 2026: The Hillfront by Atul Projects Pvt Ltd, which has over five decades of experience, is a well-known name in Indian real estate and has launched phase 1 of the 3 phases of their residential property development in Mulund West called The Hillfront.

The Hillfront was planned from inception to reflect the progressive and sophisticated way in which we live in cities today through the use of modern architectural design, precision engineering practices, and provision for maximum long term value growth, which is consistent with Mulund’s rapid infrastructure growth plan. 4.26 acres of land (out of a total of free hold land of 9.5 acres) of the integrated The Hillfront land parcel will comprise the first three phases of The Hillfront residential development. additionally, 0.8 acres of land has been allocated to billabong high international school to demonstrate the family-focused approach towards planning The Hillfront as a community driven project. furthermore, an additional 0.8-acre parcel has been reserved for a future independent development project that is not part of The Hillfront residential phases. this further demonstrates the scale and long-term vision of Atul Projects.

Recently launched as phase 1 of The Hillfront is a 47-storey residential tower containing wings A and B, a total of 632 units are being offered with a range of well-planned 2 and 3 bed residences. Work has begun in full swing on site, with basement and ground-level work complete on plinth of Wing A and wing B’s reinforced RCC structure completed till 23rd floor as on date. Phases 2 and 3 are anticipated to occur at a later date in accordance with anticipated market demand and the project’s phasing strategy.

The Hillfront is built using modern engineering techniques with state-of-the-art construction practices while adhering to world-class safety and structural performance standards. The engineering-led approach of The Hillfront will provide long- lasting durability, stability, and structural integrity.

Location of The Hillfront has strategic advantages from being located within close proximity to LBS Road and the Eastern Express Highway as well as benefiting from the Goregaon–Mulund Link Road (GMLR) when it opens for use. Once open, travel time from Mulund to Goregaon via GMLR is expected to reduce from approximately 90 minutes to less than 20 minutes, which will increase east-west connectivity much faster than before. The Hillfront will also benefit from access to Metro Line 4, which connects important residential, commercial, and job centres throughout Mumbai.

The community will have an extensive selection of over 60+ lifestyle amenities available to residents, which include the following marquee amenities – landscaped open spaces, infinity pool, gaming arcade, pickle ball court, terrace and podium level amenities, recreation areas for all age groups.
