ICCPL Group Aims to Cross 7,000 Real Estate Campaigns, Eyes Rs 400 Crore Valuation by FY27

Noida, May 28, 2026: Home-grown PR and communications firm ICCPL Group has announced plans to cross 7,000 marketing campaigns for the real estate sector by FY 2026–27. Headquartered in Noida, the agency has built a strong national footprint over the past 15 years, operating offices in Delhi, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Goa, alongside backend operations in 42 Indian cities and an international presence in the UAE and parts of Southeast Asia. To date, the group has serviced over 500 real estate companies and assisted in launching more than 2,500 projects across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use segments, ICCPL Group said in a press release.
The agency’s client portfolio features prominent industry names including BCD Group, Bhartiya Group, Signature Global, Gaurs Group, Omaxe, Gulshan Group, Reach Group, Bhumika Group, MRG Group, and Aurika Homes. ICCPL Group has also spearheaded campaigns for high-profile project launches such as Gaurs NYC Residences, Taj Skyscape by Gulshan Group, Experion Saatori, Omaxe Chowk, and Nimbus The Arista Luxe across the National Capital Region (NCR) and other key markets.
Currently valued at upwards of Rs 250 crore according to market reports and industry estimates, ICCPL Group is targeting a Rs 400 crore valuation by FY 2026–27. Company leadership intends to drive this growth by expanding its core communication and digital media services, scaling real estate allied services, and executing strategic investments within the hospitality sector.
