Incuspaze Appoints COO, CFO Amid Nationwide Expansion
New Delhi, June 4, 2025: Incuspaze, the country’s leading office space solution provider with a strong pan-India presence, has appointed Mayank Kaushik as COO and Kapil Poddar as CFO. These leadership additions come at a pivotal time as the company intensifies its nationwide expansion across Tier 1 and 2 cities.
With a strategic roadmap to launch 100 centres by 2027, Incuspaze is scaling up operations, strengthening its leasing portfolio, including a growing focus on fit-out leasing and enhancing service delivery across all touchpoints. The new appointments are a significant step toward deepening operational efficiency, financial governance and long-term resilience.
Kaushik has over 16 years of leadership experience across the real estate and hospitality sectors. His background spans P&L leadership, consulting, fundraising and investment, operations and strategic planning. At Incuspaze’s COO, he will oversee the procurement, IT infrastructure, facilities management operations, food and beverage, design and build and client relationship management.
Poddar has 20-plus years of experience in various B2B & B2C companies. He will lead financial strategy, capital allocation and fundraising efforts to align with the company’s expansion goals and upcoming IPO preparedness.

Sanjay Choudhary, Founder and CEO, Incuspaze, commented, “As we expand our footprint across India, fortifying our leadership team is essential to achieving operational excellence and strategic clarity.”
He added, “Mayank and Kapil bring deep domain expertise and a result-oriented approach that aligns with our robust growth trajectory. Their leadership will be pivotal as we step into the next chapter of Incuspaze’ s journey.”

Kaushik said,”I am excited to join Incuspaze at this transformative juncture. As India’s flex space market evolves, I look forward to strengthening our operational backbone and delivering seamless experiences tailored to the diverse needs of enterprise and GCC clients across geographies.”

Poddar added, “I am delighted to be part of a company that is redefining the future of workspaces in India. My focus will be on fortifying our financial systems, ensuring efficient capital deployment and driving long-term, sustainable growth, especially as we gear up for our IPO.”
In July 2024, Incuspaze announced a $8 million fundraise and is in the process of raising an additional $25 million to support its expansion. Over the past year, the company has added over 1.7 million sq ft office space in Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai and Lucknow to meet the surging demand for managed office solutions.
