Incuspaze Leases 60,000 Sq. Ft. Office Space at Million Minds Tech City in Ahmedabad–GIFT Corridor
Ahmedabad, May 20, 2026: Flexible workspace solutions provider Incuspaze has secured 60,000 square feet of office space at Million Minds Tech City, a prominent Grade-A commercial development situated along the Ahmedabad–GIFT City corridor. The transaction, which creates a capacity for more than 1,200 seats, follows the official inauguration of the tech city by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on May 17, 2026. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Incuspaze’s expansion within Gujarat, boosting its total state portfolio to approximately 1.7 lakh square feet across commercial corridors linked to Gandhinagar, GIFT City, and Ahmedabad, Incuspaze said in a press release.
The expansion arrives amid accelerated growth in Ahmedabad’s commercial real estate market, which recorded nearly 2 million square feet of office leasing activity in 2025. This momentum is heavily supported by Gujarat’s GCC Policy 2025–30, a state initiative aiming to attract more than 250 Global Capability Centres to the region. Furthermore, GIFT City is projected to account for nearly 35% of the upcoming Grade-A office supply by 2027 as it cements its position as India’s first operational International Financial Services Centre, driving elevated demand from banking, fintech, aviation leasing, and technology sectors.
