Former Indian Cricketer Ajit Agarkar Sells Bandra West Apartment for Rs. 4 Crore: Square Yards
Mumbai, June 9, 2026: Former Indian cricketer and current cricket administrator Ajit Agarkar has sold a residential apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West neighborhood for Rs. 4.00 crore, according to official property registration documents. The transaction was finalized and registered in April 2026, as revealed in a property review conducted by real estate platform Square Yards via the official website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
The transacted property is situated within the Jewel Co-op Housing Society, a residential development in the heart of Bandra West. According to the IGR documents, the apartment spans a built-up area of 114.15 square meters, which translates to approximately 1,229 square feet. The premium transaction also includes two dedicated car parking spaces. The legal processing for the high-end property sale incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 24 lakh, alongside standard registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
