IndiQube Expands North India Footprint With Massive Noida Expressway Workspace Deal

By Realtynmore 1h ago

Noida, July 16, 2026: Managed workspace provider IndiQube Spaces Limited has announced a major expansion of its North Indian operations, signing a lease for a new office property spanning approximately 3.9 lakh square feet in Sector 142, Noida. Situated along the high-growth Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the 14-floor commercial development represents the company’s largest campus in the National Capital Region (NCR) to date, highlighting its strategic focus on emerging micro-markets, IndiQube Spaces said in a press release.

The aggressive expansion coincides with the rapid development of the Noida Expressway corridor, which has increasingly drawn the interest of technology firms, multinational enterprises, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) looking to establish hubs outside the traditional central business districts of the NCR. The corridor’s growth is being actively driven by its robust metro connectivity, expanding social infrastructure, direct access to vast talent pools across Delhi-NCR, and its proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport.

For IndiQube, the newly leased facility aligns with its deliberate strategy of acquiring full-building assets in high-growth zones and transforming them into comprehensive, experience-led workspace destinations. By securing the entire 14-floor property, the co-working operator plans to construct an integrated ecosystem capable of delivering highly flexible, operationally ready solutions for scaling enterprises.

Commenting on the development, Rishi Das, Co-founder & CEO, IndiQube, says, “North India is central to our next phase of growth. While Bengaluru and the southern markets have been the bedrock of our platform, the demand patterns we see in the NCR today are very promising. The Noida Expressway, in particular, is evolving into a preferred destination for technology enterprises and GCCs and this property signup in Sector 142 gives us the scale to serve this demand with a full-stack workspace offering. This is our largest center in the region reenforcing our long-term commitment to North India.”

The integrated campus will feature a blend of collaborative workspaces, wellness zones, culinary amenities, and the deployment of IndiQube’s proprietary “MiQube” technology stack. This full-stack campus model is intended to replicate the cohesive, experience-oriented office designs that the platform has successfully scaled across other regions of the country.

Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, IndiQube, added, “What excites us about this property is the opportunity to build an experience from the ground up. Enterprises today are not just leasing space, they are investing in environments that shape culture, wellbeing and performance. A property of this scale allows us to bring together collaborative zones, wellness spaces, culinary experiences and our MiQube technology stack within a single integrated campus, delivering the same experience-led workspaces in NCR that our clients value across the country.”The latest transaction further cements IndiQube’s footprint as a pan-India workspace operator. By applying its regional hub-and-spoke expansion model directly into one of the country’s fastest-growing commercial corridors, the company is positioning itself to capture the ongoing surge in flexible office leasing.
