Bengaluru, June 16, 2026: IndiQube Spaces Limited, an integrated managed solutions platform, has announced two strategic senior leadership appointments to spearhead its next phase of market expansion. Tarun Tandon has been named Vice President of Business Development, and Shallu Singh has stepped into the role of National Director for Design & Build, IndiQube Spaces said in a press release.

The executive hires arrive as corporate occupiers across India increasingly prioritize integrated workplace solutions, demanding managed offices, tailored environments, and accelerated move-in timelines. The company has steadily scaled its footprint to meet this momentum, commanding a presence across 17 cities and managing over 9.66 million square feet of commercial office space as of March 2026.

This leadership expansion mirrors a massive structural shift in India’s flexible workspace sector. According to data from Redseer, the country’s flexible workspace stock surpassed 100 million square feet by the end of 2025 and is projected to skyrocket to approximately 236 million square feet by 2030. Highlighting this aggressive enterprise adoption, a recent CBRE report revealed that flex spaces captured a staggering 23% of total office leasing in India during the first quarter of 2026.

Tasked with driving this corporate demand, Tarun Tandon will take the helm of IndiQube’s sales organization. His mandate centers on deepening enterprise partnerships, broadening market coverage, and accelerating client acquisition. Tandon brings more than two decades of specialized real estate expertise to the company, built across prominent industry names including DLF, Colliers, Knowledge Realty Trust, and ICP.

On the execution side, Shallu Singh will leverage more than 25 years of experience spanning commercial workplace and hospitality design to elevate IndiQube’s physical spaces. Her background features a proven track record of orchestrating large-scale corporate office transformations. In her new national role, she will focus heavily on refining the company’s end-to-end Design & Build capabilities to deliver highly customized, multi-functional client environments.

Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO of IndiQube, highlighted the evolving market dynamics prompting these hires. “As workspaces continue to evolve, we are seeing a clear shift in what enterprises expect from their partners. Clients are increasingly looking for partners with strategic capability across the full workplace lifecycle, from space planning to design, build, and operational delivery. Tarun and Shallu’s appointments reflect that shift. Their additions to our leadership team further strengthen our ability to serve enterprises with greater depth, speed, and consistency as we continue to scale,” Das said.

Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder of IndiQube, noted that physical offices are now a crucial pillar of corporate strategy. “Workplaces have become far more central to business strategy than before. Enterprises are increasingly seeking environments that are customized, experience led, and ready to support multiple workstyles from day one. These appointments reinforce our commitment to building a stronger leadership team across both growth and execution. We were confident that Tarun and Shallu would add significant value as we continued to expand our enterprise offerings,” Agarwal added.
