Innov8 Expands Gurugram Footprint With 600-Seat Managed Workspace

Gurugram, October 26, 2026: Flexible workspace provider Innov8 has launched a new 600-seater center spanning 30,000 square feet at Well Done Tech Park on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, according to a press release issued by the company.
The center opened with 50 percent of its space pre-leased and is designed to cater to global capability centers (GCCs), enterprise clients, startups, and small and medium enterprises. It offers custom-managed floors, private cabins, team suites, open desks, and conference rooms alongside amenities such as high-speed internet, 24/7 access, power backup, an on-site café, phone booths, and round-the-clock cab services. Located with direct access to Sohna Road, the site connects to NH-48, Golf Course Extension Road, and the Southern Peripheral Road.
“Gurugram is a key hub for global companies looking to establish and scale their India operations. These businesses need flexible, quality workspaces that can try and adapt to their evolving requirements without the upfront capital investment and long-term commitments of traditional leases,” said Ashish Saurabh, Business Head, Innov8. “With the launch of this centre, Innov8 now operates over 20 centres, offering thousands of seats across Delhi NCR, including 10 centres in Gurugram.”
The expansion comes amid surging regional demand for flexible workspace. According to real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, flex seat leasing in Delhi-NCR increased 152.7 percent year-on-year in the first half of 2026. Additionally, data from CBRE shows the second quarter of 2026 recorded the region’s highest quarterly flex space absorption, with flexible workspace operators accounting for 45 percent of total office leasing. Demand is primarily driven by GCCs, consulting firms, and technology companies seeking operational agility while minimizing capital expenditure.
The Gurugram opening follows Innov8’s acquisition of Vatika Business Centres in June 2026, which added 11 business centers across major Indian cities including New Delhi, Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Noida, and Pune.
