Inspira Realty announces entry of NIFCO India into Inspira City as third Japanese manufacturer
New Delhi, June 23, 2026: Inspira Realty, a real estate development company under Inspira Global, has announced a significant milestone at its flagship industrial and warehousing park, Inspira City, located in Shendra MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The company has finalized a long-term plot lease agreement with NIFCO India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Japan’s globally renowned NIFCO Inc., for an industrial plot spanning 223,561 square feet. This upcoming facility will serve as NIFCO’s fourth manufacturing plant in India, marking a major expansion of the brand’s national footprint, Inspira Realty said in a press release.
Headquartered in Japan, NIFCO Inc. is a global leader in manufacturing plastic fasteners, clips, and functional components for the automotive industry, operating across more than 30 countries. Its Indian subsidiary, NIFCO India, serves as a crucial Tier-1 supplier to leading automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the country. The new facility at Inspira City is expected to bolster NIFCO India’s manufacturing capacity, allowing the company to better serve the rapidly growing domestic automotive market and support the expanding production needs of its OEM partners.
The transaction represents a landmark moment for Inspira City, as NIFCO becomes the third Japanese client to join the park, following NHK Springs Co. Ltd. and Aisin Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. This growing cluster of Japanese manufacturers reinforces the park’s position as a hub for global-standard manufacturing. It also highlights Inspira City’s world-class infrastructure, strategic connectivity, and ability to meet the strict operational and quality standards demanded by international corporations.
The influx of investments comes at a time when Inspira City continues to attract a diverse range of domestic and international manufacturers across the automotive, engineering, logistics, and allied sectors. With several other substantial land parcels currently under active negotiation, Inspira Realty remains focused on strengthening Maharashtra’s position as a premier destination for industrial and manufacturing investments.
