Interio by Godrej’s Projects Business Eyes ₹1,100 Cr Revenue Following Landmark SBI Workspace Delivery
New Delhi, March 10, 2026: Interio by Godrej, a prominent furniture and workspace brand under the Godrej Enterprises Group, has announced it is on track to surpass INR 1,100 crore in revenue for the 2026 fiscal year. This growth is being fueled by a surge in demand for turnkey workspace solutions across the banking, corporate, and institutional sectors. The company is currently aiming for a sustainable revenue vision of INR 1,500 crore in the upcoming fiscal year, supported by digital transformation and a nationwide network of partners.
The announcement follows the successful completion of a massive 75,000-square-foot turnkey interior fit-out for the State Bank of India’s (SBI) Local Head Office in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). Spanning four floors, the project includes the delivery of India’s largest dealing room, specifically engineered to support the bank’s high-stakes treasury and investment operations. The execution involved specialized ceiling systems, modular partitions, and fire-rated storage solutions, managed by a team that leveraged process improvements to meet a high-pressure deadline.

Swapneel Nagarkar, EVP & Business Head of Interio by Godrej, highlighted the strategic importance of the banking sector’s modernization. “The Indian banking industry has seen robust growth, driven by strong economic expansion, rising disposable incomes, growing consumerism, and easier credit access,” Nagarkar stated. “As India’s banking sector continues to modernize its infrastructure to support increasingly sophisticated financial operations, our role is to create workspaces that combine operational efficiency with the scale and security requirements of critical financial functions.”
To achieve timely delivery and budget adherence, the business utilized proprietary digital tools, including “Prostream,” a project planning software based on Critical Chain Path Method (CCPM) principles. The firm also integrated “ProGenXT,” an AI-enabled workflow system designed to increase transparency between stakeholders. These technologies, combined with established rate contracts with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), allowed for the rapid procurement of long-lead items without exceeding the client’s financial parameters.
“The project exemplifies our ability to execute comprehensive turnkey solutions under tight timelines in budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality,” Nagarkar added. “We look forward to partnering with more financial institutions to create workplaces that support India’s growing economic ambitions.”
With over 1,000 projects completed to date – covering more than 100 million square feet – Interio by Godrej has solidified its footprint in diverse sectors ranging from airports and healthcare to museums and retail. Recent landmark assignments include regional offices for ArcelorMittal in Surat and Kolkata, as well as an award-winning neurodiverse inclusive project in Kochi. The business continues to serve a high-profile clientele that includes ICICI Prudential, Tata Motors, and the Indian School of Business, positioning itself as a leader in India’s evolving “Design and Build” landscape.
