The initiative aims to revolutionise the homebuying experience by offering fully furnished sample flats that seamlessly integrate furniture with interiors delivering customisation, affordability and tech-enabled convenience.

As a first mover in this space, the brand is not only building stronger recall among homebuyers but also creating a sustainable growth engine for its retail business. Interio expects this offering to contribute up to 10 per cent of its total business volume over the next five years, reflecting its strategic importance in the brand’s growth journey.

Launched in major metros, the service will soon expand to Tier 2 cities through Interio’s extensive dealer network. Offered at the time of possession, furnishings are available either as standard inclusions or optional upgrades, depending on the developer partnership.
