Investors Clinic’s Navratra Propfest gets a positive response; sales soar
The Navratra Propfest organised by investors Clinic at Radisson Blu hotels in New Delhi and Noida and ‘Double Tree by Hilton’ at Gurgaon, on October 17 and 18, elicited a positive response with more than 5,000 visitors attending.
According to a press release, the sales soared with clients being offered gifts, gold coins and vouchers. It said the new homebuyers were seen enthusiastically ringing the khushiyon ki ghanti expressing their happiness with the rest of the potential buyers and Investors Clinic’s staff. One of the joyful customers, Mrs. Savita Mishra, even came up on the stage and shared her experience. The kids present at the event were pampered with chocolates and games.
Investors Clinic CEO Honey Katiyal, who was also present at the venue, shared his insight about the real estate scenario with journalists. According to him, with positive developments in the overall scenario like clearance of status by National Green Tribunal, expectation of an airport on Yamuna Expressway and announcement of major corporate setups in and around Noida, the demand has increased remarkably in recent times. He said, “Our last Propfest in September was a sign of the upcoming growth and this Navratra Propfest proved that intuition completely right.”
