JD Group unveils project UniPark in Greater Noida

Real estate company JD Group (formerly Jaydev Infratech) unveiled its mixed land use project named UniPark, at Sector Chi V, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida.

According to a press release, JD Unipark is a unique symphony of modern day’s real estate development composed to offer an international work-shop-relax concept by JD Group. The concept has been weaved to offer a symphony of solutions to varied desires of modern days commercial, retail and residential spaces.

Speaking about the project, Ashok Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of JD Group, said, “UNiPark is based on an international concept which helps you to complete your day by relaxing at your sweet home with-in-minute in the same project. We have blended quality and comfort to create an ideal package for our customers at the best possible prices thus realising our ultimate aim of providing value for money.”

The release says Uni-Residences; residential segment of UniPark is an upscale urban living experience. The commercial offering consists of four different options. Uni-Souk is specially designed retail spaces to offers a global shopping experience.

It goes on to say that JD Group is planning to invest over Rs 1,000 crore in the NCR region in next three years.
