Jindal Family Enters Real Estate Sector with Launch of Houze of Jindal Targeting Rs 6,000 Crore Revenue
Bengaluru, September 2, 2026: The Bengaluru-based Jindal family has announced its formal entry into the real estate sector with the launch of its dedicated vertical, Houze of Jindal (HOJ). The new enterprise will focus on residential, hospitality, and resort developments, targeting a topline revenue of Rs 6,000 crore over the next five years, Houze of Jindal said in a press release.
Central to the group’s strategy is the unlocking of a family-owned land bank spanning approximately 250 acres in premium locations across Bengaluru. HOJ has outlined a gross developable area (GDA) pipeline of roughly six million sq. ft., emphasizing theme-based developments designed to create a differentiated market presence.
The business was originally established in the 1960s by Shivlal Jindal, Founder of Jindal Group, and subsequently expanded by Mohanlal Jindal and Sushil Kumar Jindal. The launch of HOJ marks the involvement of the family’s fourth generation, with Abheeshek B Jindal, Managing Director of Houze of Jindal, leading the vertical alongside Shivek Jindal, Managing Director of Houze of Jindal.

The vertical’s long-term plan prioritizes Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) compliance, transparent partner engagement, and quality-focused construction practices. HOJ has commenced operations with its debut project, Zolaah – Private Residences, a luxury twin-tower residential development located on Old Madras Road in Bengaluru.
