New Delhi, April 7, 2026: Jindal Stainless has officially named Bollywood superstar and cultural icon Ranveer Singh as its first-ever brand ambassador. The partnership, announced Tuesday, marks a strategic pivot for the company as it seeks to transcend its industrial roots and build a direct, high-energy connection with the Indian consumer base through nationwide multimedia campaigns across television, digital, and social media platforms,  the company said in a press release.

The association aims to align the material’s reputation for grit and reliability with Singh’s dynamic and high-performance public persona. By bringing on a “generational performer” with massive appeal across diverse geographies, Jindal Stainless intends to demystify the role of stainless steel, highlighting its presence in everything from household items to the country’s most ambitious engineering feats, including the Vande Bharat sleeper trains and the Chandrayaan-3 mission.

Managing Director of Jindal Stainless, Abhyuday Jindal, emphasized that the actor’s work ethic reflects the company’s own mission during this new phase of expansion. “Ranveer Singh represents not only the present but also the future of Indian cinema, deeply committed to the work behind performance. As Jindal Stainless embarks on its next phase of growth, his dynamic personality and strong connect with audiences make him a fitting partner, to help bring the versatility of stainless steel closer to people across the country,” Jindal stated.

Actor Ranveer Singh commented, “For many of us growing up in India, stainless steel has always been a familiar part of everyday life. It carries a sense of reliability and a distinctly Indian spirit. What makes this association special for me is that it represents values of trust, and authenticity I truly relate to. I’m excited to be associated with Jindal Stainless and look forward to taking the brand’s story to audiences across the country.”

Beyond simple brand visibility, the collaboration is designed to educate the public on the material’s critical contribution to “nation building.” By leveraging Singh’s reach, the company hopes to foster a greater appreciation for stainless steel’s role in strategic sectors like defense and aerospace. Vijay Sharma, Director of Corporate Affairs at Jindal Stainless, noted, “Through our association with Ranveer Singh, our first-ever brand ambassador, we aim to strengthen the awareness around stainless steel and its role in nation building. His wide appeal and strong connect with audiences will help us engage with a broader set of consumers and bring the story of stainless steel closer to everyday conversations.”
