Speaking on the occasion Mangu Singh said that, “In 1997 this area was very chaotic; today what we see is a total transformation. I would like to thank the Eldeco team and congratulate them for developing the area and its surroundings. Lakhs of commuters take the services of Kashmere Gate metro line every day. Our business is carrying the passenger and the experience that passenger takes up with him while using our services. It is not just travelling in the metro; it comprises a number of components; one of them being what a passenger experiences while entering the premises. It is important for a commuter to have a good experience and that all the components are taken care of at Eldeco Junction. I am sure that this development will add to the amazing experiences of Delhi Metro”
This retail hub comprises some renowned brands like KFC and Market 99, which are already functional, and a few brands like Skechers, Chaayos and Relaxo are opening soon.
This project is developed by Eldeco in partnership with Kapoor Developers. “We wanted to create a destination for retail and leisure for commuters and the people staying in the neighborhood. So far, we have been able to get some well-established brands. We have an 8000 sq ft. food court, Adhaar Registration centre, and are in talks with many other brands as well. Our endeavor is to provide a wholesome experience to each and every one, who steps into the vicinity of Eldeco Junction.” said Amar Kapoor, CEO, Kapoor Developers.
Speaking about the Eldeco Junction, Rohit Kishore, CEO of Eldeco Group said that, “We started this project in 2019, our vision was always a difficult approach or a road less travelled by. In this bustling city where everyone is in a rush, we dreamt to create a family destination where the commuters can relax their tired feet and take a break. Eldeco Junction is one such place, a one-stop shop for food, entertainment and leisure. It is still the beginning of the journey. We have got renowned brands but we have to maintain the facility and ensure that families who come feel secure and can enjoy when they come here. We feel we will be able to succeed over the period of time.”
