KREEVA Enters Multi-Generational Housing Market with ₹400 Crore Luxury Residential Project in Gurugram
Gurugram, April 8, 2026: KREEVA, the luxury real estate division of the Kanodia Group, has announced its strategic expansion into the multi-generational housing sector. In line with its asset-light and partnership-driven growth model, the company has entered into a joint development agreement with a local landowner to establish a new residential group housing project situated off the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram, it said in a press release.
The upcoming development will occupy approximately three acres and is designed to feature a built-up area of roughly 5.5 lakh square feet. With an estimated investment ranging between ₹350 crore and ₹400 crore, the project will consist of about 200 residences. These homes are intended to serve a diverse demographic, providing a curated ecosystem that balances specialized services with age-inclusive infrastructure. Construction is scheduled to commence toward the end of the first quarter of fiscal year 2027.

The project highlights a significant shift in India’s residential market, where multi-generational and senior living spaces are evolving into a high-potential asset class. Dr. Gautam Kanodia, Founder of KREEVA and Kanodia Group, emphasized that the project is a response to changing societal structures. “At KREEVA, we believe the way people live is evolving rapidly. Today’s consumers are seeking environments that offer not just comfort but a deeper sense of connection, independence, and overall well-being. We see a growing need for spaces where families can stay connected across generations, while still maintaining their own individuality and lifestyle preferences. Our approach is to create ecosystems that respond to these evolving expectations—where design, wellness, and community come together in a seamless and meaningful way. This development reflects our belief that the future of housing lies in creating environments that are intuitive, inclusive, and built around how people truly want to live,” Kanodia said.
By integrating healthcare access, community engagement platforms, and lifestyle amenities, the development seeks to address the needs of nuclear family structures and those seeking supported yet independent living. The chosen location along the Southern Peripheral Road is noted for its strategic connectivity and proximity to Gurugram’s primary business districts, offering an urban environment that prioritizes safety and accessibility for a multi-generational community, the company said.
