Concorde Bolsters Commercial Portfolio with Landmark 15-Year Lease to BHIVE Workspace at Econex
Bengaluru, May 1, 2026: Bengaluru-based real estate developer Concorde has finalized a major leasing agreement with BHIVE Workspaces, a leading provider of campus-style flexible office solutions. The deal covers 1.4 lakh square feet of Grade-A office space at Concorde Econex, located in the prominent Doddanekkundi tech corridor of Whitefield. With an annual rental value of ₹16 crore, the long-term commitment spans a 15-year lease and is set to provide BHIVE with over 3,000 additional seats to accommodate the rising demand for high-quality, flexible work environments in India’s silicon valley, Concorde said in a press release.
The facility, which comprises a ground floor and four upper levels, is designed to blend world-class infrastructure with lifestyle amenities to support scalable enterprise operations.
