Liases Foras launches prop valuation portal

Liases Foras, a non-broking real estate research and analytics company, recently launched an automated online valuation portal, called Property Science.
The portal aims to reach out to more than just the real estate industry but rather help any individual in buying and selling decisions, said a press release. It provides the market value of any residential property or land parcel in 3,400+ micro markets across 60 Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, it said further.
The model uses Machine Learning algorithms, recommendation engine setting and the unique proprietary model of ‘Urban Price Setting’ formulated by Pankaj Kapoor, Managing Director and Founder of Liases Foras, said the release.
Property Science, it said, serves not only the B-to-B requirements of the real estate and mortgage industry, but brings forth immense value and wealth of its resources to the actual user – the buyer and seller, added the release,
Speaking at the launch, Renu S Karnad – Managing Director, HDFC, said – “The future is certainly hugely digital and I think Property Science is going to go a long way in helping all the players for this”.
Gautam Chatterjee, former Chairman, MahaRERA, said, “This portal shall bring transparency in pricing and ability to make informed choices to a different level altogether and I would certainly want it to be made a part of the curriculum of the mandatory agent registration course in MahaRERA.”
