Lifebridge Group and Embassy Group Announce Handover of ₹200-Crore Serene Amara Senior Living Community in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, April 30, 2026: Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific, a Lifebridge Group brand, has commenced the handover of Serene Amara, a premium senior living destination located within the Embassy Springs township in Devanahalli. Developed in collaboration with the Embassy Group, the project represents a strategic investment of ₹200 crores. The milestone marks the transition of the 239-residence development from a construction project into a vibrant, active community designed specifically for the wellness and social engagement of India’s seniors, the company said in a press release.

The inauguration and handover ceremony were attended by prominent industry leaders, including Embassy Group Chairman Jitu Virwani, alongside Lifebridge Group’s leadership team of Rajagopal G and Dr. Reema Nadig. As homeowners begin moving into the purpose-built environment, the project highlights a significant shift in the North Bengaluru real estate landscape, focusing on high-end, age-integrated infrastructure that prioritizes comfort and long-term dignity for its inhabitants.

Reflecting on the evolving market, Rajagopal G, Co-Founder, Director & Group CEO of Lifebridge Group, noted the changing expectations of the demographic. “Senior living in India is at an inflection point, with increasing demand for communities that go beyond infrastructure to deliver a holistic lifestyle experience.
