Macrotech Acquires Logistics Companies Opexefi Services & One Box Warehouse for Nearly Rs 100 Crore
Mumbai / September 4, 2024: Macrotech Developers Ltd has announced the strategic acquisition of Opexefi Services Private Limited and One Box Warehouse Private Limited. The company acquired Opexefi Services Private Limited for approximately Rs 46.67 crore and One Box Warehouse Private Limited for Rs 49.09 crore. Through the acquisition of 100% equity in both entities, Macrotech Developers Ltd aims to strengthen its logistics park and warehouse development vertical.
