Max Estates Unveils ₹1,200 Crore Vertical Living Project ‘The Terraces’ in Gurugram
Gurugram, May 14, 2026: Max Estates has officially launched The Terraces, a premium residential development within the Estate 361 ecosystem in Sector 36A, Dwarka Expressway. With a gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,200 crore, the project introduces a unique living concept focused on shared community spaces and “smart” urban design.
