Max Estates Unveils ₹1,200 Crore Vertical Living Project ‘The Terraces’ in Gurugram

Gurugram, May 14, 2026: Max Estates has officially launched The Terraces, a premium residential development within the Estate 361 ecosystem in Sector 36A, Dwarka Expressway. With a gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,200 crore, the project introduces a unique living concept focused on shared community spaces and “smart” urban design. The first phase features 120 residences, including 1.5 and 2-bedroom units and duplex lofts, with prices starting at ₹2.4 crore.

The development is defined by its vertical leisure architecture, featuring eight shared community terraces integrated directly into the tower.
