Noida, May 9, 2026: Max Estates Limited, an NCR-based real estate developer, has announced that global technology giant Adobe is preparing to occupy its new office space at Max Square. The move marks a significant milestone for the IGBC Platinum-certified development, situated on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, as Adobe begins the transition into its approximately 158,000 sq. ft. workspace. This deal stands as one of the largest leasing transactions closed with a global technology leader in the Noida market to date, Max Estates said in a press release.

The arrival of Adobe follows a trend of high-profile technology firms selecting Max Square as their preferred hub for operations. Earlier this year, AML RightSource secured approximately 157,000 sq. ft. at the same location to establish one of the largest Global Capability Centres (GCC) in the Delhi NCR region. Max Estates’ current commercial portfolio, which includes Max Towers and Max House alongside Max Square, has maintained a 100% occupancy rate for over a year, signaling a sustained demand for premium, wellness-oriented office environments.

The development is designed around a “where nature meets work” philosophy, focusing on the “WorkWell” concept to integrate productivity with holistic employee wellbeing. By attracting a diverse community of domestic and international firms, Max Square has solidified its reputation as a premier destination for companies seeking high-end infrastructure and sustainable design.

Their presence strengthens the vibrant WorkWell community we are nurturing here. This partnership is a true testament of flight to quality where the environment is built with an ecosystem of spaces, services and amenities that enables holistic wellbeing of its users. We look forward to building on this partnership in addressing Adobe’s real estate needs in coming years,” Arora stated.
