Max Towers, Noida, achieves 5-Star Grading in British Safety Council Occupational Health and Safety Audit
Noida, July 28, 2025: Max Estates Limited, a leading real estate developer in NCR, has completed a best practice ‘Five Star Occupational Health and Safety’ Audit for Max Towers, its flagship premium commercial office space located in Noida. In its first attempt, Max Towers was awarded a five-star rating following the audit, reflecting of a progressive organisation.
The audit, conducted by the British Safety Council, demonstrated Max Estates’ commitment to improving its health and safety management systems and associated arrangements.
The company underwent a comprehensive, quantified and robust evaluation of its occupational health and safety policies, processes and practices. The audit process included a documentation review, interviews with senior management, employees and other key stakeholders and rigorous sampling of operational activities.
The audit measured performance against key health and safety management best practice indicators and a detailed review of over fifty component elements.
