Mumbai, July 28, 2026: Listed real estate developer Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited has received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for Riviera, its premium residential redevelopment project in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The company secured the OC in 16 months from the receipt of its First Commencement Certificate (CC) and has begun handing over keys to homebuyer families, Meghna Infracon Infrastructure said in a press release.
Spanning approximately 40,000 square feet, the Ground + 9-storey residential building accommodates more than 35 families who have taken possession of their new units. The accelerated completion timeline underscores the firm’s focus on structured planning, construction quality, and disciplined execution within Mumbai’s competitive housing redevelopment market.
