MHADA Nashik Board Opens Online Applications for 493 Affordable Homes
Mumbai, February 7, 2025: The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, a unit of MHADA, has today started the online registration and application process for the sale of 493 homes under the 20 Percent Inclusive Housing Scheme in different parts of Nashik, including 202 flats under the First Cum First serve basis. The lottery process was officially launched today by Nashik Board Chairman Ranjan Thakare at a special Go-Live event held at the Nashik Board Office Committee Hall.
These housing schemes for economically weaker section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) category are located in Makhmalabad Shivar, Satpur Shivar, Pathardi Shivar, Vihitgaon Shivar, Hirawadi, Mhasrul Shivar, Tapovan Dwarka, Wadala Nashik Shivar, Pimpalgaon Bahula, Nandur Dasak, Deolali, and Mouje Dasak.
The event was attended by Dhirajkumar Panditkar, Chief Engineer/MHADA, Shivkumar Awalkanthe, Chief officer, Nashik Board and Sandeep Karale, Deputy Chief Officer, Nashik Board among other officers.
On this occasion, the official information booklet related to the housing lottery was released. The booklet outlines the eligibility criteria, application rules, and guidelines for participation in the process. It is available for applicants on MHADA’s official website at https://lottery.mhada.gov.in.
The online application process started on Friday at 2.30 pm and will remain open until 5 pm on March 6, 2025. Registered applicants can submit their applications online until 11.59 pm on March 6, 2025. The deadline for the deposit of the application fee through online payment is March 7, 2025, until 11.59 pm.
Applicants choosing to pay the deposit via RTGS/NEFT must ensure that their payments are completed within banking hours on March 7, 2025.The final list of approved applications will be published on March 13, 2025, at 6 pm on MHADA’s official website https://housing.mhada.gov.in.
This lottery process is divided into two categories under the 20 Percent Inclusive Housing Scheme. A total of 291 homes are available under the general 20 Percent Inclusive Housing Scheme, and applicants can submit their applications at https://housing.mhada.gov.in.
Additionally, 202 homes are available under the First-Come, First-Served Scheme, and interested applicants must register and submit their deposits via https://lottery.mhada.gov.in.
