Migsun Rohini Central Leases Space to Cinepolis, Rental Value of Rs 46 Lacs

Jan 24, 2024: Migsun Group, announced a strategic collaboration with Cinepolis, a multiplex chain, for the leasing of 40,000 sq ft (Super Area) sq ft space at its high-street retail project, Migsun Rohini Central, Sector 22. The covered area of the multiplex is 32,000 sq ft. The rental value is Rs 46 lacs.
