Modis Navnirman Limited Commences ‘Rashmi Avenue’ Redevelopment Project in Dahisar

Modis Navnirman Limited, a real estate developer in the Mumbai market, officially marked the start of construction for its latest mixed-use redevelopment project, “Rashmi Avenue,” with a traditional Bhoomi Poojan ceremony on March 19, 2026. Located at CTS No. 829 in the Kandarpada area of Dahisar (West), the company said in a press statement.
The redevelopment is set to transform the existing site, which previously housed 119 residential flats and 17 commercial shops, into a significantly more expansive and functional community hub. Sprawling across a plot area of approximately 4,836.25 square meters, the new Rashmi Avenue will feature 225 contemporary residential apartments, 18 commercial shops, and a dedicated commercial office space. The project is designed to address the dual needs of modern urban living and localized business growth within the Village Eksar neighborhood.
