(The Post-election Scenario For Realty Market) Mohit Arora, Director, Supertech

While the real estate market sentiment is driven mainly by demand from buyers of flats for self use, investors booking flats and shops for short/long term return could also tilt the demand to some extent. The buyer looking for house for own use, is least concerned for the election or its results and for him a dream of roof above head is coming true and he wants it to happen at the earliest. The poll results might be of interest or concern for the investors and only to this extent, there could be short term sluggishness in the real estate market.
