MORES Launches Regional Hubs in Pune, Mohali to Accelerate Pan-India Growth
New Delhi, July 31, 2025: Responding to surging demand in key regional markets, MORES, a leading real estate tech-driven services platform, has expanded its footprint with the launch of new offices in Pune and Mohali. This strategic move marks a significant step in the company’s broader mission to deliver hyper-local, tech-enabled real estate solutions across India.
The two fast-growing cities—Pune, known for its dynamic IT and education ecosystem, and Mohali, a rising hub in the Chandigarh Tricity—present strong opportunities for real estate innovation and seamless client service.
Pune’s residential market, for instance, witnessed a 15 per cent year-on-year rise in 2024 while Mohali continues to emerge as a nexus for both residential and commercial expansion.

“Expanding to Pune and Mohali is a strategic step in delivering personalised real estate experiences,” said Shweta Mittal, COO, MORES. “Being locally present allows us to act faster, understand community needs better and build trust with every transaction.”
The new regional hubs will double as client engagement centres offering end-to-end services, including real estate advisory, legal and documentation support and neighbourhood-specific analysis. Local hiring has already begun to ensure teams bring authentic market expertise and cultural understanding.
Looking ahead, MORES is eyeing high-potential markets, including Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh, where urbanisation and infrastructure growth are fuelling homeownership aspirations.
