NAREDCO Announces 4th Online Management Development Program on ‘RERA and Real Estate Leadership Essentials’

New Delhi, November 20, 2025: The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), under its capacity-building arm, the National Initiative of Real Estate Development (NIRED), has announced the launch of the 4th Online Management Development Program on ‘RERA and Real Estate Leadership Essentials’, scheduled from December 14-23, 2025.

The program is designed to equip professionals across real estate, construction, and infrastructure with a strong understanding of RERA regulations, leadership practices, compliance norms, and emerging sectoral trends. Through interactive sessions, expert-led modules, and practical insights, participants will gain clarity on regulatory frameworks and industry expectations in a rapidly transforming market.

NAREDCO Chairman Niranjan Hiranandani said, “Real estate has entered a phase where regulatory understanding and leadership clarity are no longer optional they are essential. RERA has brought accountability, confidence, and transparency to the sector, but it has also placed a greater responsibility on professionals to stay informed and updated. The 10-day online program will host sessions from 6 pm to 7.30 pm and will be led by senior members of various RERA bodies, industry experts, and seasoned practitioners. Participants will also receive a joint certification from Delhi RERA and NAREDCO, reinforcing their commitment to professional growth and regulatory awareness.
