Nimbus Group Invests in Advanced German Construction Technology to Accelerate Noida Expressway Luxury Project

Noida, May 1, 2026: Nimbus Group, a prominent real estate developer in North India, has announced the procurement of high-performance boom placers from the renowned German manufacturer Schwing Stetter. The advanced equipment has been deployed at the company’s flagship residential project, Nimbus The Arista Luxe, situated along the Noida Expressway. This strategic investment is designed to elevate build quality while significantly accelerating construction timelines through improved mechanical efficiency.
The technical integration of these boom placers is projected to enhance construction precision and speed, specifically improving slab cycle times by an estimated 25–30%. Capable of a pumping capacity up to 100 cubic meters per hour with a reach of 42–48 meters, the machinery allows for seamless concrete placement across multiple floors from a single stationary setup. By minimizing cold joints through continuous pouring, the technology also bolsters the structural integrity of the high-rise development while reducing the need for rework by up to 20%.
In addition to structural benefits, the deployment is expected to optimize site logistics and significantly reduce the project’s reliance on manual labor by 25–35%. Nimbus Group anticipates a total boost in site productivity of 20–30%, alongside a notable reduction in material wastage. This move reflects a broader industry trend toward adopting modern construction practices to offset rising resource costs and ensure more predictable delivery schedules for premium homebuyers.

Addressing the strategic shift, Sahil Agarwal, CEO of Nimbus Group, emphasized the company’s focus on reliability and value. “At Nimbus, we continuously invest in advanced construction technologies to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality homes faster. This investment strengthens our ability to execute with precision and reliability. We remain committed to our existing pricing, even as we absorb incremental costs,” he stated.
The project itself, Nimbus The Arista Luxe, is being positioned as a wellness-centric luxury development. A standout feature of the residences is the inclusion of specialized in-home air purification systems engineered to maintain indoor Air Quality Index (AQI) levels below 50. By combining advanced German engineering on the construction front with high-tech health features for residents, the developer aims to set a new standard for urban living in the National Capital Region.
