Casagrand Scales Up Hyderabad Presence with Launch of 35-Acre ‘Casagrand Vybe’ Villa Project in Rajendra Nagar
Hyderabad, May 1, 2026: Casagrand, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced a major expansion of its Hyderabad footprint with the launch of Casagrand Vybe, a massive 35-acre residential community in Rajendra Nagar. This project marks the company’s largest residential venture in the city to date and its fifth project rollout in 2026 alone. Casagrand has successfully penetrated various micro-markets with developments such as Casagrand Mandarin in Miyapur, Casagrand Crestwood, and the exclusive Casagrand Monaco Villa enclave in Medchal, all of which have solidified its standing in a competitive housing landscape.
Casagrand Vybe is designed as an ultra-low-density villa development, catering to the rising demand for privacy and expansive living spaces. The 35-acre community features just 362 residences, providing an average of only 10 villas per acre.
