Nirala World Announces ₹525 Crore Retail Landmark for Greater Noida West
Greater Noida West, May 12, 2026: Nirala World, a real estate developer in the National Capital Region, has unveiled plans for a ₹525 crore investment to develop “Nirala Diadem,” a premium mall strategically located in the heart of Greater Noida West. The self-funded project is designed to redefine the region’s commercial infrastructure, breaking down the investment into ₹175 crore for land acquisition and ₹350 crore for construction, Nirala World said in a press release.
The upcoming mall, spanning 2.5 acres, aims to become a central hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Its location offers high connectivity, situated within 20 minutes of the Yamuna Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and NH-24, and just a five-minute walk from a proposed metro station. The development is set to feature a multi-screen multiplex, high-end retail showrooms, and modern studio apartments, providing a mixed-use environment for the growing local population.
Sustainability is a core component of the project, as the developer has committed to a green building-certified design. Nirala Diadem will incorporate energy-efficient systems, eco-friendly materials, and smart infrastructure to minimize its environmental footprint. This move aligns with the group’s broader focus on quality management and environmental sustainability, backed by its various ISO certifications. Construction is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2030.
Suresh Garg, CMD of Nirala World, expressed confidence in the project following the group’s recent delivery of the 4,050-unit Nirala Estate residential complex. Garg stated, “We are proud to unveil Nirala Diadem, a self funded project as our flagship mall in Greater Noida West, building on the success of our high-street retail launch, Nirala Gateway, just a few months ago. After delivering Nirala Estate a 4,050-unit residential project ahead of schedule, we now plan two more commercial projects here to deliver exceptional experiences for mall and high-street customers in Greater Noida West.”
The announcement further bolsters Nirala World’s footprint in the region, adding to a portfolio that includes the under-construction Nirala Trio and the commercial asset Nirala Gateway. By expanding its commercial offerings, the developer seeks to capitalize on Greater Noida West’s rapid evolution into a major commercial powerhouse within the NCR real estate market.
