Nupur Extrusion Set to Launch New Manufacturing Plant in Sampla, Haryana

New Delhi, October 13, 2025: Nupur Extrusion, a subsidiary of Nupur Recyclers, is set to inaugurate its new manufacturing plant in Sampla, Haryana next month. This strategic expansion aligns with the company’s long-term growth plan and will support the increasing demand for its extrusion products across India.
Located near Delhi-NCR and Maruti Suzuki’s Kharkhoda facility, the new plant benefits from excellent road connectivity and proximity to suppliers, skilled labor, and established logistics networks. With Sampla rapidly emerging as a hub for extrusion and allied industries, the location offers an ideal setting.
The facility is designed to manufacture 5,000 to 6,000 tons of extrusion products annually starting from FY 2026–27. The plant also includes provisions for future expansion in line with projected market growth.

“This plant reflects our commitment to growth, quality, and sustainability,” said Nupur Extrusion Director Rajesh Gupta. “It brings new opportunities to the region and strengthens our ability to serve customers more efficiently.”
The new unit is expected to generate significant employment in the region through a mix of direct and indirect jobs in production, logistics, and administration. Nupur Extrusion is also planning to offer skill development programs to train local youth.
The plant is a joint initiative under the Nupur Group. Nupur Recyclers, which previously held a 60 per cent stake in Nupur Extrusion, has now increased its equity holding by an additional 10 per cent, taking its total ownership to 70 per cent. This increased investment reflects strong confidence in the long-term potential of the new facility and the company’s growth prospects.
An official inauguration ceremony is scheduled for November 2025.
