Orange County celebrates Yoga Day

June 21, 2023: Indirapuram’s residential society, Orange County, celebrated Yoga Day on June 21. 

This event was organized by the Orange County Vyayam Vikas Kendra, on the special request of the Orange County residents.

The event was led by yoga instructors, who guided the participants through various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. The participants ranged from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Orange County Vyayam Vikas Kendra, the organizers of this successful event, expressed their gratitude to all the participants, dignitaries, and volunteers who made the 9th International Yoga Day a memorable occasion. The group reiterated its commitment to organizing events that promote health, wellness, and unity within the Orange County community.
