Phase III of Ashiana Amantran launched

Jaipur, Feb 4, 2022: Ashiana Housing announced the launch of the final phase of the project- Ashiana Amantran in Jaipur.

According to a press release issued by the company, Ashiana Amantran comprises 2/3/4 BHK units starting at Rs 50.14 lacs with amenities including one clubhouse of 25,295 sq. ft with a roof top.

The project situated on 8.3 acres land parcel in Vaishali Extension, will have a beach tennis court, gym, swimming pool, indoor badminton court, parks and open green areas, activity room, cards room, table tennis and many other facilities.

On the launch Ankur Gupta, JMD, Ashiana Housing said, “Ashiana Amantran is one of the most sought-after projects of Jaipur and we got a great response for our Phase I and II. It’s a low-density project with only 492 units. We are confident that we will get a great response for this phase too”.

Ashiana Amantran has earlier launched two phases of the project. Phase one comprise of four towers and phase two has one tower. The newly launched phase three has four towers.
