Pinnacle Group completes phase 1 of mixed-use project ‘9 Sadashiv’ in Pune

Pune, June 20, 2022: Pune based real estate developer, Pinnacle Group, has completed the phase 1 of their latest, mixed-use property – 9 Sadashiv Peth – in Pune. 

According to a press release issued by the company, at present, the property’s commercial unit is complete with OC for retail, shop owners, and offices.

The first phase includes 102 commercial units of 80,000 sq ft. spread across four floors and a total of 98 apartments with a saleable area of approximately 1.40Lakhs sq. Ft. the project has 2BHK and 3BHK apartments with carpet areas ranging from -70 sq. mt. to -176 sq. mt. (-744.80 sq. ft. to -1,894.46 sq. ft.)
