Bengaluru, April 14, 2026: Indian real estate developer Prestige Group has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with Autodesk, the global Design & Make platform company, to modernize its project lifecycles.

According to a press release from Autodesk, the three-year agreement involves the enterprise-wide deployment of Autodesk Forma and the Autodesk AEC Collection. This collaboration represents one of the largest digital initiatives in the sector, aimed at unifying the developer’s extensive portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

The partnership focuses on standardizing Autodesk’s complete Design and Make platform to create a connected ecosystem for all stakeholders. By integrating design authoring tools with the Autodesk Construction Cloud, Prestige Group intends to shift its structural operating model to include consultants and contractors within a single digital framework. This initiative is designed to foster greater transparency and capability-building across the organization’s entire project delivery chain.

A key highlight of the transformation is the large-scale implementation of advanced 4D and 5D capabilities. This move integrates design and scheduling with cost and execution workflows, positioning Prestige Group as one of the first global developers to adopt these technologies at such a significant scale. The transition to a unified digital environment is expected to streamline complex processes and ensure long-term resilience as the company expands its footprint.
