Prozo Expands Eastern India Network with New 30,000 Sq. Ft. Kolkata Fulfilment Centre
Kolkata, September 25, 2026: Full-stack supply chain company Prozo has expanded its presence in eastern India with the launch of a new 30,000 sq. ft. fulfilment centre in Kolkata. The addition brings the company’s network in the city to three fulfilment centres as part of its ongoing capacity expansion across regional consumption markets, Prozo said in a press release.
Located at Prospace Logistics Park in Serampore, West Bengal, the facility is connected to major freight and distribution corridors, including Kolkata Port, NH-16, NH-19, and the Dankuni logistics hub. The strategic positioning provides outbound reach to West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and the north-eastern states.
The expansion aligns with sustained growth across organised retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing in eastern India. As the region’s central logistics hub, Kolkata continues to attract brands aiming to improve regional supply chain efficiency and establish inventory closer to key demand centres.\

The facility operates on enterprise-grade standards and utilizes Prozo’s proprietary Control Tower technology stack for real-time inventory visibility, multi-channel order orchestration, and operational monitoring. It is designed to serve multiple sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods, fashion and lifestyle, beauty and personal care, healthcare, and consumer electronics.
The facility supports Prozo’s client roster, which includes Reliance, TMRW (Aditya Birla Group), Tira, Traya, Minimalist, Beardo, Neeman’s, Comet Shoes, Bata, Relaxo, and VIP (Caprese), alongside other digital-first and enterprise brands scaling operations across the region.
