Raffles Residency unveils a show villa of its project
Raffles Residency on Tuesday unveiled a show villa of ‘Raffles Park’, its first residential project, located at Soukya Road, in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
According to a press release, the project is promoted by Jumabhoys, one of Singapore’s premier business families. It said ‘Raffles Park’ is the essence of two garden cities coming together, blending Singapore’s contemporary tropical design with Bengaluru’s love for green spaces.
The release said with global standards in project execution and a contemporary innovative spirit, the company that launched the project two years ago is on schedule with a stunning show villa. The 61 five-bedroom villa developments spread across 15 acres, target premium living space segment and connect with key elements of Nature. Raffles Park will encapsulate the sense of ‘Homes within a Garden’, with a density of just four villas per acre and 81 per cent of open areas.
Speaking at the show Villa unveiling, Iqbal Jumabhoy, Joint Promoter, Raffles Residency Pvt. Ltd., said, “What we are particularly proud of with Raffles Park is the value that it will bring each of its home owners. Our legacy dates back a 100 years and this is a moment of complete gratification for us as we bring this legacy back home with our new project.”
Naseem Jumabhoy, another Joint Promoter, said, “Furniture handpicked from across the globe and beautifully designed interiors provide a canvas of ideas that home owners can draw inspiration from, for our customers it’s their world made from the world.”
