The immersive launch event, which drew over 500 residents, transformed the expansive space into a high-energy community festival featuring Bicycle Motocross (BMX) showcases, wellness workshops, live music, and resident-led activities. Designed as the “Soul” element of Club Exotica’s overarching Mind, Body, and Soul philosophy, Endora represents the developer’s commitment to creating holistic, value-driven residential ecosystems that cater to shifting consumer preferences for lifestyle-led developments, the company said in a press release.
The multi-generational outdoor space integrates adrenaline-fueled recreation, wellness, and social entertainment. Key features include a skate park, a dedicated pump track for BMX enthusiasts, a rock-climbing zone, a children’s treehouse play area, a pet park, an outdoor bowling alley, and an open barbecue zone. For relaxation and community engagement, the destination offers a yoga and meditation deck, an open-air amphitheater with a large screen for movie nights, and Café Aufside, a casual dining venue intended for resident interaction. The addition of this large-scale infrastructure aims to further solidify Raheja Exotica’s position as one of Mumbai’s premier waterfront residential properties.
