RICS, Assessors And Registered Valuers Foundation (AaRVF) Sign MoU

New Delhi, September 14, 2023: The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation (AaRVF) announced the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), for real estate valuation in India.

Gurvinder Pal Singh Raina, Senior Public Affairs Officer at RICS , highlighted the strategic importance of this partnership, saying, “RICS has a longstanding legacy of setting high standards in real estate and valuation. Collaborating with AARVF allows us to extend our knowledge and resources to a broader audience. We believe this MOU will facilitate knowledge exchange, enhance professional development, and contribute to the growth of the valuation profession in India.”

Saurabh Gupta, Managing Director at AaRVF, expressed enthusiasm about this collaboration, stating, “This MOU opens up a world of possibilities for both organizations. AaRVF is committed to promoting excellence in the field of valuation, and by aligning with RICS, a globally renowned institution, we can tap into their expertise and best practices.
