RITES Holds 52nd AGM, Shareholders Approve Final Dividend of Rs 2.75 Per Share

Gurugram, September. 26, 2026: Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise RITES Limited conducted its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) today via video-conferencing, where shareholders approved all resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26 and a final dividend of Rs 2.75 per equity share, RITES said in a press release.

The final dividend adds to three interim dividends totaling Rs 5.20 per share previously paid during the year. This brings the total dividend payout for FY26 to Rs 7.95 per share, amounting to Rs 382 crore and representing a dividend payout ratio of 95.4 percent on an accrual basis.

The multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy firm delivered growth across major business segments during FY26, securing an order book of Rs 9,416 crore while recording new order additions at a rate of one order per day. RITES reported a 10 percent increase in consolidated revenue to Rs 2,525 crore in FY26, compared to Rs 2,302 crore in FY25. Operating revenue reached Rs 2,415 crore against Rs 2,196 crore in the previous fiscal. Profit Before Tax expanded to Rs 608 crore from Rs 565 crore, while Profit After Tax grew by 7 percent to Rs 454 crore from Rs 424 crore.\

Addressing shareholders at the AGM, Rahul Mithal, Chairman and Managing Director of RITES, said, “Growth is rarely linear.
