Hyderabad Hosts Global Real Estate Leadership as IREC 2026 Opens
Hyderabad, September 26, 2026: The International Real Estate Conference (IREC) 2026 commenced on Friday at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad, marking the first time the global forum is being hosted in India. Running from September 25 to 27, the seventh edition of the conference is organized by NAR-India and hosted operationally by the Hyderabad Realtors Association (HRA). The event has drawn over 2,000 industry leaders, 75 global speakers, and 100 exhibitors from more than 35 countries.
Held under the theme “The Door to What Happens Next,” IREC 2026 integrates three main platforms: a Strategic Conference, an Innovation Showcase, and a Luxury Property Expo. The gathering features international delegates including Kevin Brown, President of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), alongside global investors, developers, policymakers, and PropTech innovators examining topics such as cross-border capital, artificial intelligence, sustainable urbanism, and branded residences.
