RLDA Vice-Chairman Dudeja is ‘Infra Business Leader of the Year’
Ved Parkash Dudeja, Vice-Chairman, Rail Land Development Authority, was recently awarded with the ‘Infra Business Leader of the Year’ award for 2020 by the Rail Infra and Mobility Business Digital Awards.
RLDA is currently working on commercial projects, multifunctional complex, colony redevelopment, and station redevelopment projects for the Ministry of Railways. Under the leadership of Dudeja, RLDA has shattered all previous records of earnings as well as those of awarding of lease contracts in 2019-20, said a press release.
An alumnus of Punjab Engineering College, Dudeja was conferred with ‘Vishishtha Seva Praman Patra’ by the Minister of Railways in 2015-16 for his extraordinary contribution to railways in India.
In his illustrious career spanning 32 years, Dudeja has spearheaded several path-breaking innovations that shaped the Indian Railways’ growth trajectory and had a revolutionising impact on India’s development story, added the release.
