RMZ Appoints Tata Projects for ₹670 Crore RMZ Infinity Development in Chennai
Chennai, August 5, 2026: RMZ, a privately owned real assets platform, has appointed TATA Projects Limited to construct “RMZ Infinity,” a major commercial development located in Porur, Chennai. Under the contract, valued at approximately ₹670.24 crore, Tata Projects will oversee the execution of the main civil works, including core and shell construction, structural, architectural, and waterproofing works, as well as common area finishes, RMZ said in a press release.
Spread across 16.4 acres on Mount Poonamallee Road, the landmark project will feature four commercial high-rise towers comprising three basements, a ground floor, and nine office levels, along with a separate two-story utility building. Spanning a total built-up area of 3.54 million square feet and offering 2.94 million square feet of leasable space, the core-and-shell asset is designed to cater primarily to Global Capability Centers (GCCs), with individual floor plates ranging from 22,000 to 1,32,000 square feet.
