Bengaluru, August 5, 2026: Table Space, an enterprise-grade managed office solution provider, has announced the appointment of Elias Lindenberg as Principal Director – Sales, Americas. Lindenberg joins John Hogan, Chief Sales Officer, Americas, to bolster the company’s executive team in a key strategic market as global corporations continue to expand their presence in India, Table Space said in a press release.

The strategic appointment aligns with rapid growth in India’s Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem, which reached 2,117 centers in FY26 according to recent data from NASSCOM and Zinnov. With US enterprises driving a significant portion of this growth, Table Space is actively expanding its dedicated Americas team to advise companies on setting up and scaling operations in India. Based in San Francisco, Lindenberg will work alongside Chicago-based Hogan, providing Table Space with an on-the-ground presence across both the West Coast and Midwest.

Lindenberg brings over two decades of cross-border real estate and workplace strategy experience to the role. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Occupier Services at Colliers, leading real estate strategy for major accounts including 3M and SAP. His extensive background also includes twenty years at JLL, where he managed key accounts such as Cisco Systems, Procter & Gamble, and Philips, and successfully led JLL’s Chilean operations.

“Elias joins at a moment when the relationship between US enterprises and India has never been more consequential,” said Kunal Mehra, President & Co-CEO, Table Space. “Alongside John Hogan, he strengthens a leadership team that understands both the ambitions of global companies and what it takes to deliver against them on the ground in India. This appointment reflects how seriously we take the US as a market not simply as a source of demand, but as a long-term partner in how enterprise workspace gets built in India.”

“What drew me to Table Space is the chance to work at the intersection of two markets I know well,” said Lindenberg. “Global enterprises are asking more sophisticated questions about how they operate in India today, and Table Space’s model – enterprise-grade, fully managed, built for scale is well positioned to answer them. I’m looking forward to working with John and the team to deepen those relationships.”
