SAIL, Art of Living Ink MoU For Holistic Workforce Empowerment

New Delhi, September 4, 2025: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and The Art of Living marked a major milestone with the signing of an MoU aimed at holistic well-being for SAIL employees. The MoU was signed by Sanjay Dhar, officiating ED (HR-L&D), MTI, on behalf of SAIL, and Br Pragyachaitanya, chairperson, VVKI, on behalf of The Art of Living, in the presence of KK Singh, director (personnel), SAIL, at the Art of Living International Centre, Bengaluru, on Wednesday.
SAIL employees will undergo structured training programmes curated by The Art of Living, focusing on emotional resilience, mindfulness, leadership and personal empowerment. These initiatives align with SAIL’s commitment to nurture a motivated, emotionally agile and future-ready workforce.
