Sameera Group Unveils Rs 300 Crore Multi-District Residential Expansion in Tamil Nadu

Chennai, August 20, 2026:Chennai-based real estate developer Sameera Group has announced a new expansion program titled “10 Projects in 10 Days across 10 Districts” across Tamil Nadu. The company plans to launch 10 residential developments between August 23 and September 1, 2026, representing a total investment of Rs 300 crore. The initiative includes a combination of plotted developments and villas across key regional growth markets, the company said in a press release.

The planned developments will be located in Trichy, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Ranipet, Kanchipuram, Chennai, Krishnagiri, Tiruvannamalai, and Chengalpattu. Among the individual developments featured in the launch timeline are Vasuki Nagar, Sameera Pavillion, New Vision Township P-9, Sameera Prime, and Sameera Florenza Phase-I.

Each development is planned over an area of approximately 10 acres and will feature around 200 units, with plot sizes starting from roughly 800 sq. ft. The infrastructure plans for these communities include gated access, entrance structures, parks, and shared community spaces.

Outlining the scope of the project, Jayakumar Murugesan, Managing Director, Sameera Groups, said, “Launching 10 projects across 10 districts in just 10 days is a significant milestone for Sameera Group. With an investment of approximately ₹300 crore, we are simultaneously expanding into several important growth markets across Tamil Nadu. This initiative reflects both the scale of our ambition and the execution capability we have built over more than four decades in the real estate sector.”

Detailing the consumer demand driving the move, M Sandeep Kumar, Managing Director, Sameera Groups, said, “These launches have been planned to address the growing demand for organised residential developments across emerging markets in Tamil Nadu. The projects will offer a mix of plotted developments and villas, supported by gated environments, parks and other community infrastructure. Our focus is to create well-planned developments that can offer customers both a quality living environment and long-term value.”

Discussing the company’s broader expansion strategy, D Senthil Velan, CEO, Pan India Operations, Sameera Groups, said, “The 10-10-10 initiative begins with Tamil Nadu, a market where Sameera has built a strong foundation over the years. Going forward, we are looking at opportunities across other cities and States to establish and strengthen Sameera Group’s presence beyond Tamil Nadu. Our objective is to take the experience and development capabilities we have built here to new markets across India.”
